The Archbishop of the church of Uganda Stanley Ntagali has expressed at the increasing use of narcotic drugs among students in secondary schools and higher institutions of learning. Launching the campaign against drugs in secondary schools at Mengo Secondary School, Ntagali observed that many youths have been destroyed by the drugs, robbing the country of their potential.
