This interactive session features a practical discussion on how ISSUP Malaysia adapted the delivery strategy for the INEP Plus training for the local context to make it appropriately engaging and effective. Instead of a 10-week programme, we streamlined the original 10-session content into 8 focused sessions and enhanced it with value-added strategies such as case studies and activities applicable to Malaysia to enhance the core learning objectives for the Malaysian workforce.
This session will break down the process, explore challenges faced, outline the adjustments made, and expand on what worked in practice. We will also discuss strategies for increasing participation and engagement, including the role of failure as a learning tool.
Key topics:

- ISSUP Malaysia’s approach to adapting the programme including how the program is tailored to the local context, the strategies used, and the challenges faced during implementation.
