ISSUP Pakistan, Youth Forum Pakistan ( For Substance Use Prevention) in collaboration with M A Jinnah Foundation ( Regd ), Sialkot Anti Narcotics Force, Punjab and New Life Rehab, organized a one day seminar and awareness day talk on the "Role of Women in Drug Use Prevention".
Participants included teachers, female health visitors and female health supervisors and volunteers. During the seminar, speakers followed the theme of 26th June International Day Against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking "the impact of Better Knowledge for Better Care" in the services for people suffering from Substance Use Disorders.
Social distancing and other SOPs strictly followed for prevention of COVID-19 during the seminar. Speakers included Ms. Saima Asgahr Director ISSUP Pakistan, Dr. Sehrish Yasir, Dr. Huma Mushtaq.
