He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the scientific journal - Acta Psiquiátrica y Psicológica de América Latina; and member of the “Editorial Board” of the scientific journal “Adiktologie” of the Czech Republic.
He is currently Coordinator of the DOMES project (Demand Reduction) from the OAS/CICAD
Director of the “Forum Vitae” Institute of the Obra Social Ferroviaria.
Professor of undergraduate and graduate studies at universities in Latin America and Spain
Previously he was Undersecretary of Prevention and Treatment of SEDRONAR (Government of Argentina), Director of the Observatory of Addictions of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and Researcher of the Psychiatric Epidemiology Program of CONICET (Argentina).
He was recently declared “outstanding personality in the field of health” by the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
