Ms Hendrietta Ipeleng Bogopane-Zulu is the Deputy Minister for of Social Development of the Republic of South Africa; a position she was appointed to on 26 May 2014.

Ms Bogopane-Zulu is also a member of the African National Congress (ANC) Tshwane East Branch; a member of the South Africa National AIDS Council; a member of the South African Federation of Disabled People, and a board member of Mmabatho Foundation.

Ms Bogopane-Zulu holds a BTech degree. She has certificates in Introduction to Microcomputer, Practical journalism, Organisation Development, Leadership Development, and Direct Marketing and Creative Writing.

Ms Bogopane-Zulu has served as chairperson of the Joint Committee on the Improvement of Quality of Life and the Status of Youth, Children and Disabled Person
