This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate to join the thriving Nicotine Research Group in the Addictions Department at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London.

The Research Associate will support a study funded by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) led by Professor Ann McNeill. The aim of the study is to compare toxicant and nicotine exposure among young people (16-19 years old) who vape with young people who smoke, those who vape and smoke, and those who do neither. The successful applicant would also be working with an international team from Canada and the US too.

The postholder will lead the implementation of a new recruitment protocol for biomarker collection from young people in the community, collection, analyses and publication of data with day-to-day responsibility for the running of the project.
