Nguyen Thu Trang, PhD, has a background in clinical psychology and political science. Her expertise includes qualitative research and behavioral interventions. She has been involved in research, training and technical assistance on treatment for substance use disorder for professionals throughout Vietnam.
Her research includes feasibility studies, clinical trials and evaluation of behavioral intervention models in Vietnam. She is interested in implementation science, and in how to adapt and deliver evidence-based interventions in low-and-middle-income countries with limited human and financial resources like Vietnam.
