2017 International Narcotics Control Strategy Report

This week the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) publicly rolled out the 2017 International Narcotics Control Strategy Report (INCSR), an annual report by the Department of State to Congress prepared in accordance with the Foreign Assistance Act. In the context of the opioid-fueled drugs epidemic facing the United States, the INCSR is an important description of the international architecture for dealing with drugs-related challenges.
