Coming of Age: A Symposium on Cannabis and the Brain

To mark the tenth anniversary of the Centre for Youth Substance Abuse Research (CYSAR), CYSAR and QBI present a series of talks on two important topics that show the intersections between the brain sciences and the study of youth substance use:

1.  the implications of the legalisation of cannabis in Canada, Uruguay and the USA for the mental health and cognitive development of young people; 
2. the reasons for and responses to the co-occurrence of alcohol and other drug use and serious mental disorders in young people and their development toward adulthood.
