Workshop on Mindfulness based practices in the workplace – Edith Cowan University (ECU)

An interactive 1-hour workshop on mindfulness based practices in the workplace was conducted for the staff of ECU, on the 28th of March 2025 at the ECU premises. Approximately 40 staff members participated from the academic and administrative departments of the organization.  Staff from the Kandy branch of ECU along with the General Manager of ECU, Dr. Helen Klaebe participated in the workshop virtually as it was streamed online.
