Even though I have been involved with the UTC since its inception, I am excited to take this self-led course and see a lot of potential for its dissemination.  I welcome your thoughts on how we can improve it and where you see its strengths and limitations.  I hope everyone enjoys the course and finds it useful.

My name is Rey, I work at Cebu City Office for Substance Abuse Prevention here in Philippines.

Growing up from a humbled family, today I work as a Peer Counselor under Demand Reduction Division, Bhutan Narcotics Control Authority since 2018. I had a privilege in working in addiction fields from grassroots level and also in connection to law. Not only did I provided the service to my people but also learned alot while working. Despite my qualifications, I eagerly look forward to serve those in addictions stages and would always love to learn more.
