A public mental health specialist and an Assistant Director of Curative and Medical Rehabilitation Services Directorate in the Ministry of Health (Malawi) responsible for mental health. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor and a Postdoctoral Fellow at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
