Carmen Sánchez is a Pediatrician from the National University of Asunción. She is a specialist in the treatment of Addictions and Teaching in Higher Education. Among her accomplishments are: Obtained the Certificate of Completion Course 1,2 of Child Curriculum Plan Colombo – INL Campinas- San Pablo.
Achieved the Certificate of Completion Course 3.4 of Child Curriculum Plan Colombo- INL Buenos Aires. Obtained the Certificate of completion of Training of Trainers - Sri Lanka. Achieved the UTC Universal Treatment Curriculum Accreditation Certificate. Obtained the Training of Trainers Certificate at SOGI Chile. Obtained the TOT for South America on The Child Intervention.
Dr. Sanchez collaborated with the Treatment Study Plan for Children with Substance Use Disorders in Washington DC in 2015 and was Coordinator of the Child and Youth Programmed Detoxification Unit until 2022. She is a member of the Paraguayan Society of Psychiatry and the ISSUP- Paraguay Chapter Board of Directors.
