Ngozi Anthonia Madubuike Ph.D

Dr Ngozi Anthonia Madubuike hails from the South Eastern Region of Nigeria.  Born on 13th September 1965. She graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) in 1986, obtained a Master's Degree in 1991 and in 2002 a Doctorate Degree from the Department of Guidance and Counselling, University of Ibadan.

She joined the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in 1992 and rose to the Rank of Assistant Commander General of Narcotics (ACGN). Dr Ngozi Madubuike is a Drug Demand Reduction Expert with over thirty years of working experience in Research, Policy Formulation and Implementation, Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation. She has attended several International and Local conferences and acted in different capacities. She has attended and facilitated several trainings among which are Treatment, Universal Prevention Curriculum, Harm Reduction, Quality Assurance, Drug Prevention Treatment and Care etc and has a wide range of experience.  Dr Ngozi Madubuike is presently the Director of the Drug Demand Reduction Directorate. She  is blessed with two lovely children."
