Psychologist with a Master's degree in social and community psychology. I have 27 years of experience in project and team management in both private and government organizations.
Additionally, I have worked as an academic at various universities in Chile. Since 2005, I have specialized in the field of substance use prevention and treatment. I have served as a trainer for DAP-The Colombo Plan and have participated in consulting projects for CICAD-OAS, where I contributed to designing assessment instruments and adapting training courses to online formats.
Furthermore, I work as an independent consultant in implementation science and change management. I'm a member of the board for Global Implementation Science, and, also, a member of the board for ISSUP Chilean chapter where I have the responsibility to coordinate training initiatives for the 2023-2024 term.
