The conference will be presented at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), a world-class conference facility with 12 separate conference halls and 21 meeting rooms. ADNEC will provide onsite catering for conference participants, and many hotels are within walking distance, including two onsite.

Visitors Guide to Abu Dhabi(link is external)

You can only enter the ADNEC venue with a negative PCR test result. The test must have been done in the UAE. You can take a test in the Aloft hotel, or at the ADNEC venue. It can take some hours to get the results for the test, so please try and get a test early if you do not already have your negative result.

  • Unvaccinated: This must have been taken within the last 96hrs
  • Vaccinated: This must have been taken within the last 30 days

A special rate for conference participants has been arranged at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, with complimentary daily shuttle service to/from the ADNEC conference venue:

 

Visa Information

A visa is required by all participants except residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Citizens of certain countries are eligible for a free of charge visa on arrival – please visit the Etihad AIrways website for more information: Abu Dhabi Travel Requirements(link is external)

Airport Transfers

Abu Dhabi International Airport is just 15 minutes from ADNEC. Over 50 international airlines operate a schedule of flights connecting Abu Dhabi to more than 100 destinations across the globe. Metered taxis to ADNEC are readily available outside the arrivals hall and transfers can easily be pre-booked. Abu Dhabi’s taxi network is operated by TransAD.
