We are delighted to announce the first Virtual Conference on Drug Demand Reduction in Africa: Prevention, Treatment and Epidemiology.
The conference convened online through a series of six webinars running from September 16, 2020 to November 10, 2020.
Bringing together national and international experts in the field of substance use prevention, treatment, and epidemiology, the conference will provide a platform for evidence-based analysis, research and policy recommendations on a broad range of drug demand reduction topics, with a key focus on Africa.
The conference is brought to you by ISSUP and ISSUP South Africa in partnership with the African Union Commission, South African National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (SANCA), Department of Social Development, Republic of South Africa (DSD), Organization of American States Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (OAS/CICAD), and the U.S. Department of State/Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
