Glad Family Model

Recovery is very delicate and fragile by nature..
In my opinion,it is baby birth again as first few years are more crucial in brought up.
Parents know how to care baby in first, second, third years and on..
In recovery first few years demand such kind of love and care too.
After honeymoon stage of abstinence, there is a WÀLL stage where Recovery cries like a uncomfortable baby.Uncomfortable baby needs more care, love and safe custody of parents and family..
Like this Baby,

One Time Trapping

Rafi Khawar - 5 January 2023
  • *One Time *Trapping* ..
    (Rafi khawar)
    Pakistan
"Just once.i will never use next ".
This is the main thing in Relapsing...when craving starts inner dialogue within mind.and our defence mechanism plays its game with us.
That is the zero point of Relapse Road.
Cravings come when we allow them otherwise we enjoy our safety.
Here is a Question to challenge this trapping thought..
What will i get having once????
Can i touch the bare electric wire once?????
Can i make a jump  from a mountain once???
    What is ONCE????
    Can i define this WORD????
How many ,,ONCE,,i have tried before??

Triggers are just like  invitation cards to Cravings  and urges..
Because we are very expert to fulfill these cravings just like hunger, sleep, sex etc..v expert.
When Drugs and Alcohol take charge of these natural cravings ,these are more powerful than natural,so we do the same but with more power and swiftly.
Without getting skill how to manage cravings, we can go back to our previous life drug patterns.
Lets have an exercise to minimise the intensity of craving.after three attempts...
