National Primary Health Care Conference

The National Primary Health Care (NPHC) Conference 2016 is a platform for the whole primary health care community and professionals to come together in a supportive and collaborative environment to discuss pivotal issues for the future of primary health are in Australia and where delegates will learn from the experiences, opinion and perspectives of sectors leaders and peers.

The NPHC Conference 2016 theme will be supported by complementary streams focusing on Community, Clinical and Governance. Each stream will incorporate a strong focus on prevention, consumer engagement, building capacities for improving patient outcomes with an emphasis on mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, population health, health workforce, diversity in practice, chronic disease, eHealth and aged care.
