International Network on Brief Interventions for Alcohol & Other Drugs (INEBRIA) is an international network, primarily consisting of researchers, and importantly also including policymakers, practitioners and other stakeholders interested in the potential of brief interventions in health and other settings to reduce the problems caused by alcohol and other drug use.
Their annual conference is the main event for the network and an important means by which we fulfil our aims and objectives.
This year’s conference theme ‘Recent Developments in Research and Implementation of Screening and Brief Interventions’ is both timely and important, with its focus on practice-based research informing policy and impacting health at the population level.
