Komite Anti-Narkoba Nasional (CNAD) bekerja sama dengan ISSUP-TOGO meluncurkan serangkaian pelatihan tentang program UTC.
Mengingat pembatasan nasional terkait pandemi covid-19, batas waktu pengajuan aplikasi akan relatif direvisi dan diperpanjang. Tanggal mulai pelatihan yang baru akan dikomunikasikan kemudian.
