کمیته ملی مبارزه با مواد مخدر (CNAD) با همکاری ISSUP-TOGO یک سلسله آموزش ها را در برنامه UTC راه اندازی می کند.

با توجه به محدودیت های ملی مربوط به بیماری همه گیر covid-19، مهلت ارائه برنامه های کاربردی نسبتا تجدید نظر و تمدید خواهد شد. تاریخ شروع جدید از آموزش خواهد شد در تاریخ بعد ارتباط برقرار.
