Meeting Mr. Muhammad Ayub and Mr. Sana Ullah Rathore, Vist of MATH

Mr. Muhammad Ayub, Senior Adviser Drug Advisory Colombo Plan visited Mian Afzal Trust Hospital, Gujranwala Pakistan. The Colombo Plan representative visited different departments of MATH. Mr. Muhammad  Ayub appreciated the Services provided by MATH and the successful implementation of projects. During the visit a meeting between Mr. Sana Ullah Rathore, Executive Director, Mian Afzal Trust Hospital MATH, Gujranwala Pakistan and Mr. Muhammad Ayub took place in Gujranwala. During the meeting different matters related to the Women & Children Rehabilitation Project implemented by MATH were discussed. Mr. Rathore requested Colombo Plan Representatives for continuation of support for the Women & Children Project. He said women and children are marginalized community members in Pakistan and there are fewer opportunities for them to get treatment. He also ensured that Colombo Plan will provide support to MATH for such project based on availability of funds. Mr. Muhammad Ayub also Awarded Education Provider Certificate of MATH to Mr. Sana Ullah Rathore and praised that MATH is providing training of Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) to substance use professionals in Pakistan as an education provider of GCCC Colombo Plan.
