A pre conference training workshop on "Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral for Treatment" was conducted at the Department of Psychology, RIPHAH International University, Lahore. Training goals of the workshop were:
- To increase knowledge of substance abuse problems, screening and assessment concepts and techniques, to develop skills to use screening tools, and to develop skills to deliver brief interventions.
