Bhopal: Even 5-Year-Olds Are Falling Prey to Substance Abuse

Drug addiction or substance abuse is on a high in the city, but what rings alarm bells is the fact that the age bracket for substance abuse has fallen to as low as five years. Recently, a joint team of Childline and police found seven children were found lying unconscious near a public toilet in New Market TT Nagar. They were all in age group of 5-14 years!
Police found liquid adhesive, a solution which is used to mend tyre punctures along with a bread packet and Iodex at the spot.
