The web resource is divided into five sections: "Substances", "Prevention", "Resources", "Practice" and "Get Help". The Resources section contains videos on HIV prevention among people who use stimulants/NPS. This section also includes thematic guidelines and technical guides publications by UNODC, WHO and UNAIDS. As well, there are additional links to other resources on HIV prevention and harm reduction among people who use stimulants by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA), Correlation - European Harm Reduction Network (C-EHRN) and others. The “Get Help” section is up to date with contact information of organizations in the EECA region that provide harm reduction and HIV prevention services.
