Seminar in Connection with international day against drug abuse by Mian Afzal Trust Hospital, Gujranwala Pakistan

Mian Afzal Trust Hospital (MATH) Gujranwala Pakistan has organized Seminar in connection with the international day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking with the theme "People First No Stigma and Discrimination". Col Dilshad Hussain Shad Joint Director, Anti Narcotics Force Punjab was the Chief Guest. Guest of honour were Mr. Muhmmad Aalam Social welfare Officer, Mr. Adnan Pehlwan (Wrestling Champion Punjab) and Ms. Fozia. Mr. Sana Ullah Rathore, Chairman MATH/Director ISSUP Pakistan, said that we need to minimize discrimination and need to substance users for rehabilitation. He also said that we also need to strengthen the prevention because prevention is better than cure. He also mentioned that MATH is working for prevention and rehabilitation. Col Dilshad Hussain Shad Joint Director, Anti Narcotics Force Punjab said that everyone needs to play their role. ANF conducted different drug demand reduction activities along with supply reduction of substance use,  Rana Maqsood Ahmad, Arshad Javed Mughal, Sufi Muhammad Javed, Ms Fozia, Muhammad and Dr. Tariq Aziz Khokhar were among the speakers.
