Abstract
Elisa Rubini, Consultant with the Institutional Strengthening Unit at ES-CICAD/OAS will examine the Case Care Management model and its implementation in the criminal justice system, which involves multisectoral collaboration between justice, health (e.g., drug treatment), and social service systems. Case Care Management is also designed to enhance social integration, to engage justice-involved individuals in drug treatment, and to streamline assessment of their strengths and needs to connect them with treatment and other recovery-oriented services.
