Abstract

This presentation will examine the Ukraine ITTC's project "Training for Trainers in Addressing Psychological Trauma in Combat Veterans POWs In Ukraine" through the Water of Systems Change framework. The goal of the project is to establish a sustainable care system for combat veterans, especially those with a "Prisoner of War'' experience. The expected outcome is a capable workforce addressing post-war trauma challenges, contributing to Ukraine's national care system. The analysis will focus on how this project aligns with the six conditions for systems change.
