Abstract
This presentation will discuss the role of International Technology Transfer Centers (ITTCs) in systems change. ITTCs aim to tackle the complex problem of harmful substance use by bridging the gap between what is known through science and research to what is done in practice.
ITTCs utilize many strategies to accomplish our mission, including supporting systems change initiatives. Lasting change that effectively counters the impact of substance use in society often requires this kind of complex, transformational approach.
