Commissioner for Prevention and Treatment – Drug Control and Enforcement Authority (DCEA), Tanzania

Dr. Mfisi has been working in the field of prevention and treatment for more than 5 years. He has served as the chief coordinator for programs related to prevention and treatment in the country. He is a physician by profession.

Dr. Elizabeth Njani – ISSUP Kenya
Clinical Psychologist, Global Master Trainer on UPC and UTC

Dr. Elizabeth Njani is a specialist in mental health management with a focus on addiction management. She has over 20 years of experience in conducting training, more than 15 years in substance addiction treatment, and about 10 years in prevention. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges. She also holds ICAP credentials.

Dr. Omary Ubuguyu
Assistant Director - Non-Communicable Diseases, Ministry of Health – Tanzania

Dr. Ubuguyu is a psychiatrist who has been working in the field of non-communicable diseases, including addiction and mental illness, for many years. He holds ICAP credentials and has extensive experience as a psychiatrist within the Ministry of Health.
