The 1st National Youth Forum in Guatemala, a groundbreaking event dedicated to substance use prevention, was successfully organized by the Organization of American States’ Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (OAS/CICAD), in collaboration with ISSUP Guatemala and with the support of the Universidad de San Carlos.
