Well known non-profit in Fairfield is searching for a Substance Abuse Program Manager for their established program. This program has provided high-quality care in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and cultural competence in Solano County. Outpatient prevention, intervention, and treatment services offered to promote recovery on an individual, family, and community level.

This position is a senior management position responsible for administrative and operational functions that include personnel management, fiscal management, clinical oversight, utilization management and quality assurance/improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Personnel management duties include performance evaluations, recruitment and hiring of new staff, disciplinary action, and staff development.
  • Lead weekly Staff Meetings and meet with each employee for administrative supervision on a weekly basis.
  • Fiscal Management duties that include budget development, monitoring and implementation in conjunction with the Executive Director, Solano Region.
  • Quality Improvement activities that include ensuring compliance with all Title 22 and DHCS DMC-Organized Delivery System regulations regarding service delivery, billing, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with staff to improve services and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in counseling, social work or family therapy with Registration to CA BBS. A minimum of three years paid experience credentialed SUD treatment provider with 2 year paid management experience in SUD, Mental Health and Co-Occurring Programs, and oversight of program functions
  • Thorough clinical knowledge and experience in procedures and techniques of mental health, substance abuse treatment and treatment of co-occurring disorders.
  • Thorough understanding and experience in the delivery of services to an ethnically and economically diverse population.
  • Experience with Human Service Information Systems and Medi-Cal/Drug Medi Cal documentation strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
