Child and Family Therapist (Office-Based)
Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Child & Family Therapist to work in our Children’s Intervention Program (ChIP), providing office-based therapy to children and their families. This position may involve work in a local school or primary care setting as well.
As an Office-based Child and Family Clinician, you will have the opportunity to engage with children of all ages and their family members. We have a diverse clientele which will give you great opportunities to stretch your clinical expertise using a number of evidence-based models. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of professionals engaged in similar work, and benefit from significant collegial support.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to children, parents, and families
- Provide services in office or school-based settings
- Provide case management and interagency coordination
- Participate in crisis management
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
- NH License as LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC or Psychologist preferred; Eligibility to become licensed as a mental health professional is required.
