BCBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with children with autism and other related disorders, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that a supportive and stable environment can have on a child's progress. My work extends beyond the children themselves to the families, particularly mothers who are navigating the challenges of Substance Use Disorder (SUD). These experiences have deepened my understanding of how critical it is to address the needs of the entire family to truly foster long-term success for both the child and the parent. Being a part of the Global Women's Network (GWN) would allow me to collaborate with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to improving treatment and recovery outcomes for women, especially those who are mothers and primary caregivers.
Joining GWN aligns perfectly with my passion for integrating SUD treatment into ABA therapy, recognizing that the well-being of mothers directly influences the success of the therapeutic interventions I provide. By connecting with a global community dedicated to women’s health and recovery, I can further enhance my skills, share insights, and work towards innovative solutions that not only support women in their recovery journey but also empower them to be active and engaged participants in their children's developmental progress. Together, we can drive positive change, improving outcomes for women and their families on a broader scale.
