About source of criminal evidence.

According to Article 81 (Part 2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan, sources of evidence are determined. What do you think we can gain and lose if we abandon this norm? Are we not limiting the possibilities of the subjects of the evidence by specifying the sources from which the evidence can be obtained?‌‌
