Visa and Confirmation Letter

Travel Visas

Visitors to Indonesia may require a visa depending on their nationality. Please review the following information to ensure you have the appropriate visa for attending the ISSUP Indonesia Regional Conference 2025 in Bali:

  • Visa-Free Entry: Nationals from over 90 countries are eligible for visa-free entry for short stays (up to 30 days). Confirm your eligibility on the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration website. https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id
  • Visa on Arrival (VoA): Available for select countries for a stay of up to 30 days, extendable by an additional 30 days. The fee is USD 35, payable upon arrival at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport.
  • Visit Visa: For longer stays or nationalities not eligible for VoA or visa-free entry, apply for a visit visa at the nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate before your trip.
  • It is recommended to check visa requirements well in advance and ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

Confirmation letters will be available once the registration is open and you register for the event.
