Developing Resiliency Habits for Behavioral Health Professionals: Free Webinar

Learning Objective: Participants will gain the knowledge, confidence and skills to set and monitor weekly goals to increase critical health habits aimed at improving mental and physical wellbeing, resiliency, and performance.
Participants will be able to:
1) Complete a wellness behavior screening survey to become aware of current health risk and protective behaviors associated with improving wellness and resilience,
The increasing availability of synthetic cannabinoids warrants a further understanding of this compound, its side effects, tools to use for screening, and how this information is useful in delivering behavioral health services.
