The purpose of this webinar is to provide substance use disorder (SUD) clinical supervisors with specialized training so that they may effectively meet the demands of today’s SUD clinical supervisor. This webinar will explore the discrimination model, a process supervision model, and its place in SUD clinical supervision. As detailed in the basic tents of the model, SUD supervisors will learn the skills necessary to discern their foci and role to match the individual training needs of each unique supervisee.
